1. Immigrants are motivated to come to the United States for several reasons. One being they would be able to have better crop lands and land in general to do what they need to. They also have a chance to make alot more money in doing so or just make money in a job. They would also have to think that they could lose contact with friends and family, which also could cause problems and make them want to move back.
2. I would move somewhere where what I do could make me more money than it does here. I would do it both for money and economic reasons. I also don't think I could move away from the U.S because I would have to learn a new language and I would have to learn a different way of living.

Great post Ron. Addressed both questions, and it's well written. I don't know if I would immigrate either. I am happy here, and there is the possibility that my quality of life would decline if I moved to another country.
