When is Breaking the Law Justified?

1. The five main purposes of the government, to form a more perfect union, to establish justice, to ensure domestic tranquility, to provide for the common defense, to promote the general welfare, and to secure the blessings of liberty.

2. Yes. If they are to establish justice than I would like to see that and if they were not doing it than I would have to because we couldn't have bad people walking around or terrorists everywhere.

Ok. You got your list from the Preamble to the Constitution which works as long as you can translate their words into your own. For your second response be sure to include the question in your response because otherwise it is hard to tell what you are talking about.

Some small errors and the second response is a bit confusing but I can tell you were on the right track. As is you earned 16/20 points.
